the train to avoid fair evasion.
• Promoting security by identifying any suspicious items or personnel in the train or station
and report in directly to Station master and escalate to QTP (Qatar transport police).
• Ensuring standard operation procedures are implemented to promote a world class service.
• Enhancing safety precautions of covid by ensuring safety distance and wearing of masks
in the train is observed.
• In-case of fire or injury am competent to issue first aid and conduct station evacuation.

safety reasons.
Conducted station sweeping to ensure the station is safe for passengers/customers and
ready for revenue.
• Upselling tickets on promotions
• Crowd management during pick hours or national holidays.
• Reporting accidents and conducting first aids to injured customers.
• Ensuring that the customer chatter has been met.
• Solving customers complains and apologizing for any inconveniences.
• Followed the standard operation procedure for the KPI to be met.
