• Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System.
• To establish Company Quality Plan including Quality Policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and continually improve it.
• Demonstrates the achievement of quality objectives and targets
• Assist and coordinate with the QHSE Team Leader and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on Companies QHSE Management standards and Project requirements.
• Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Company Quality Management System to employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees.
• Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended.
• Develops the existing Quality Management System as necessary with additional procedures/instructions for station-specific aspects
• Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization.
• Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Corporate QHSE Team Leader and Project Manager.
• Monitor Company Quality System activities such as Site Quality activities based on Companies Management system and Project requirements.
• Responsible for Construction Quality staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project Quality issues.
• Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.
• Report the performance status of Project Quality activities and relevant issues to the Corporate QHSE Team Leader and Project Manager.
• Ensure that Quality Management is applied in line with the Project Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre Commissioning/Commissioning phases of the Project.
• Ensure that the Project meets international standards.
• Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across Corporate QHSE Management System.
• Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
• Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
• Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.
• Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
• Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.
• Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
• Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
• Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
• Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
• Carries out any in-house safety training.
• Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
• Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.
• Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs.
• Participates to HAZOP meetings prior to procurement and installation activities.
• Performs Risk Assessment.
• Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.
• Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.

• Prepare ITP as per project specification and submission for approval.
• Material receiving inspection of piping & plates, E & I etc.
• MTC review as per standards, project specification.
• Review of drawing and find the MTO for the fabrication.
• Conduct PQR for CS, SS, Dissimilar metal as per ASME, AWS, BS-EN and prepare WPS.
• Familiar with specifications & products: API 6A, 16A, 16C, 16D, 5CT.
• Arrange welder qualification as per WPS.
• Provide welder training as per WPS.
• Conduct welder audit.
• Review of client documents and submitting for approval.
• Monitor of welding as per WPS like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, and Carbide welding.
• Conduct PQR for Buttering/Build up, prepare WPS as per PQR and standards.
• Monitor fabrication as per drawing and requirement of standards.
• Co-ordinate and witness of NDT.
• Review of quality documents and discuss with client for additional requirement.
• Piping and structural Fit up & welding visual inspection and assure the dimension are within tolerance.
• Monitor the fabrication of Wellhead Control panel, Chemical Injection Skid, Hydraulic Power Unit, Emergency shutdown unit, Corrosion inhibitor Skid, Oxygen Scavenger injection skid, Trisodium phosphorus injection skid etc.
• NDT report review and RT film review.
• Send RFI to client as per ITP stage of inspection.
• Attend client kick off, PIM, MOM to discuss the quality issues and make final agreement.
• Arrange and witness of hydrotest/pneumatic test for piping and tank as per approved procedure.
• Monitor of blasting operation to achieve required micron using surface profile gauge & press-o-film.
• Co-ordinate Quality Inspectors and assign them for project basics.
• Co-ordinate sub contractor to meet the quality needs.
• Attend kick of meeting, MOM, PIM etc with client and sub-contractor.
• Conduct painter qualification.
• Check for air temperature, metal temperature before commence of painting.
• Check for dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature using hygrometer for every half an hour to maintain proper check for painting.
• Check proper WFT for each and every pass of coating to calculate the DFT as per client requirement.

• Monitor erection at site and conflict will be discussed with client and give solution to the client.
• Do involved in Sub vendor audit and make some proposal for the particular project.
• Involved in doing internal audit.
• Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.
• Monitor implementation of the Asset/Project/Function Quality Management System through regular audits and reviews.
• Assist in developing and monitoring implementation of the Asset Integrity Verification Scheme throughout the Define and Execute Phases.
• Participate and provide input into technical HSE and integrity reviews.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases.
• Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts and Purchase Orders.
• Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
• Promotes Quality Awareness among project team members, contractors and vendors.
• Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives.
• Follow up on action items and maintain status register.
• Carry out and facilitate criticality assessment sessions and develop Quality Intervention Plans for procured items.

• Establishment of the QMS/ HSMS Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance of site internal and external site audits requirements.
• Ensure quality site inspections are carried out and documented through the site QC Officers.
• Coordinate with the customers’ representative on all quality matters.
• Distribute relevant QMS/HSMS documentation to site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all QMS/HSMS documentation is compiled and completed for as-built hand over through the QC Officer.
• Ensure follow up on non-conformance reports and undertake remedial actions.
• Ensures compliance and approval of the sites technical submittals to the customer.
• Ensures that the site QC Officer collates quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turn over area.
• Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work.
• Provide progress data to the planning and scheduling department.
• Review ESSS and Sub-contractor QHSE documentation to ensure it is suitable and sufficient and relevant to the Project scope of work.
• Receiving notifications from respective site or department of accidents, incidents, unsafe acts that occur in their site and taking any steps that may be necessary to implement remedial actions.
• Monitor compliance to the ESSS HSEMS/QMS by reviewing inspections and internal auditing of ESS site activities data.
