▪ Established Estates Department from scratch covering all aspects of Facilities Management within the 175-odd estates in KSA
▪ Established the Fleet Department in KSA with a 1000-strong fleet assets
▪ Introduced automation for maximum optimization of the estates by taking all estates on CAFM System. Occupancy was maintained at 91% optimization thus saving costs
▪ Automated the fueling system for the fleet resulting in huge savings on fleet by introducing fuel chips and reporting

Oversee Operations, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, HR, HSE, FM, Security across the Group
Take over and manage all FM functions including security and HSE functions across the Group.
Launch and Manage a new FM Company & Manned Security Company from scratch.
Transition of all non-core service functions of current properties like factories, towers, etc. to the FM company
Initiate ISO and QHSE Standards
Design, develop & launch a greenfield State-owned Facilities Management company, periodically report before internal as well as external stakeholders regarding management of the organization and business development initiatives including targeted market penetration strategies
Design of QFM Uniforms for all services, Marketing & Corporate branding
Design and implement roll outs of new HR programs/initiatives, craft job descriptions & resource specifications, engage in recruitment & selection process, develop and implement personnel policies & procedures
