Receiving, Welcoming & Greeting customer warmly upon arrival.
Fill up form completely and accurately with vehicle and customer details.
Writing all customer concerns, request& issues of the vehicle.
Conducting Physical Inspection of the car before road test.
Do walk around check with customer always and check for body scratches, cracks, dents, marks.
Explains to customers the work to be done, estimated cost and time of delivery.
Obtains customer’s approval and authorization on initial request and additional repairs.
Monitors work progress and ensure repair completion at the agreed time.
Updates customers on the status of vehicle repairs.
Checks serviced vehicle to ensure that all work requests were done accordingly.
Checks on the vehicle’s condition to ensure that it is clean and ready for release.
Attends immediately to customer complaints and ensure resolution to achieve
High level of customer satisfaction.
Conducting Preliminary Delivery Inspection of the car during releasing of unit.
Ensuring good condition and cleanliness of the car
Before delivering.
Submitting daily operation report (Net Sales), PSFU, Pre-call and wips remarks.
Provide recommendations regarding drive train for continuous improvements
Fill up drive report regarding car performance and giving suggestion and comments.
Conducting Physical Inspection of the car before road test.
Keep proper records and documentations of car performance/history.
Road testing of the car to identify the problem and ensuring good condition.
Inspects and identifies maintenance problems, determines appropriate repair procedures
And inspects upon completion for correctness.
