Work as a Cyber Security consultant for the region
• Responsible to address the customer Network and Cybersecurity/OT security requirement in the State of Kerala, India.
• Managing project and support team.
• Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of, Support, Specifications & Security consultancy in the assigned Zone to achieve the enterprise business objective
• Continuously identifying gaps in the regular working of BMs, Regional support, and sales, and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
• Designing plans to meet targets, SLA review meetings, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products and services
• Evaluated the performance of project portfolios and ensured compliance with standards provided by regulatory organizations, including conformance with stakeholders’ requirements, investor disclosures, and privacy laws.
• Review the system design specification and provide consultancy service to Oman civil aviation with regard to network and cyber security.
• Conducted GAP analysis for the existing system design and suggested corrective action technical and quantify the commercial impact
• Monitored Airport Community Network (ACN) active network, NMS, UTS, WLAN, Network (passive) infrastructure, Information Kiosk, Airport IT Systems (AMS, RMS, CUPPS, BRS, FIDS, IB, MIS and IPTV)
• Inaugurated the standard operating procedure framework, and as part of the decision-making team in the special systems engineering team. Lead portfolio meeting with the PMC/Engineers (Hill International) and stakeholders
• Planned validation and developed the Test script to validate the system functionality as per the system’s project specification, which included Pre-com, Commissioning, Performance, and T&C stages
• Authenticated RTM, SDS, ITP, ICS, and PIA Stage 1-3 document, contractor and other contractor's systems
• Implemented test and commissioning activity for the system under the ICT portfolio and successfully handover the systems to the Airport operators (Oman Airports)/stakeholders (Civil Aviation Authority, Oman)
• Provisioned ORAT trials and supported project contracts and commercial department for validation & determination of the interim payment, Engineer Instruction (EI) and supported the contracts & legal department for the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB)
• Achieved end-to-end system change management process, defect management, enactment & commissioned for the LAN and other special systems of the Hamad International Airport project at Doha, Qatar
• Fetched complete change management life cycle from evaluation, assessment, data analysis, and design validation to change implementation to both existing & new systems
• Presented change control process to deal with the numerous change requests, originating from both internal & external stakeholders
• Joined as a member of the Change Control Board & processed change requests; managed nearly 6, 000+ change requests
• Primary led a defect management team and concerned the LAN system; resolved operational/hardware issues/defects within minimal time

• Proficient in project execution for Infrastructure for Bapco Refinery Bahrain, King Hamad General Hospital, Bahrain World Trade Center, First Investment Bank, BIB, ALBA and E K Kanoo Bahrain
• Worked with a specialized team of 25 members and achieved the service SLA matrix and project implementation
• Adhered to the closure of several business deals & engaged in pre-sales activities; USD 1.5M with Bapco, USD 1.2M with RCSI, USD 640K with E K Kanoo
• Symbolized the technical department and framed the process in principle with the OEM’s partnership requirements which included set-up & developed the PMO office, Service help desk system in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ITIL standards
