• Managing Front of the House
• Handling cash from daily sales and
weekly cash deposit
• Responsible for petty cash of the
club
• In charge with the club supplies
inventory and raising purchase
requisition on a monthly basis
• Provide SOP’s and policies to all
departments
• In charge of weekly incentive for fitness,
retention and sales department
• Audit daily sales transaction
• Prepare monthly staff attendance report
• Coordinator between staff in the club and
head office staff
• Handling members complain
Main duties:
- Responsible for collating daily strat, updates and final reports
- Compiling Retention weekly reports such as weekend strat, Critical path and Renewal Tracking register
-Sending the Daily Renewal Ranking and updates
-Conduct Retention Induction to new RS if needed.
-Customer Relations Management
Other duties:
-Build relationships and loyalty with current and new members
-Receive customer service training from the National Retention Manager
-Review/ Conduct daily Service Call
-Track member guests and interactions
-Overseeing other 13 Retention Staff all throughout UAE
-Participating in weekly Meeting for Club Operations with other Head of Department
Customer Relations Management
Supporting the Operations Department on generating Revenue, as well as supporting
the Customer Feedback team.
Responsible for handling all Membership expiries
In-charge of Retention Process through specific offerings and discounts
In-charge of Renewal Tracking Register
• Proven Track Record of consistently hitting personal Budget of Over 100% and Revenue of Over 150, 000 AED monthly
Doing the Manager on Duty (MOD) task such ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the club, and having the responsibility of the operation of the club in the absence of managers.
Provide first class customer experience resulting to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Apply the basic concepts, practices and procedures of handling customers’ complaints while meeting quality standards for customer services
Determines the charges for the services requested, collect payment and arrange invoices
Preparing the Daily Sales Report and encoding every transaction in the Gym system.
Process application/documents of applicants for membership
Sell golf club shares
Handles absentee membership of the club
Organize events such as golf tournaments, cocktail party and year-end party of the members
Assist members and guests of the club
Prepare promotional vouchers / gift certificate
Process membership card
Answering phone calls
