• Working as operation and maintenance Engineer for cable car (telefrique) at AMER GROUP, PORTO SOKHNA from January 2007 till now.
• Doing the maintenance for the stations, towers, cabin cars, PLC's and electromechanical devices of the cable car
responsible for:
• Operational safety
• All staff belongings.
• Yearly general check (Doppelmayr).
• Works on the rope.
• Ensuring the technical requirements are met.
• The operating personnel assigned to the operation.
• Decide on opening up and closing down the installation to the public as a function of the timetables and the operating conditions.
• Apply and have implemented the instructions and requirements relating to the operation and maintenance of the installation, take any measures to supplement or amend them.
• Adapt the number of operating personnel to the operational requirements.
• Ensure that the operators and attendants possess the necessary competence and knowledge to carry out the tasks allocated to them.
• Allocate the workplaces and tasks as a function of the competence of the operating personnel and supervise their work.
• Take care of initial and continuous operating personnel training.
• Take the necessary measures to ensure employee safety.
• Inform immediately the competent authority of any incident that could compromise the safety of the installation and any accident.
• Take the necessary measures in the case of a prolonged stoppage of the installation.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Adopt all the measures necessary to provide the service under the exceptional conditions specified in the operating requirement.
• Check that operational records are properly kept.
• Keep all documents up to date.
• Make sure that everybody is using the safety equipments during maintenance work and to keep the safety equipments valid all the time.
3) Qualified in chip / board level maintenance on Automatic Test Equipment (A.T.E) testing and repairing all the electrical equipments of the APACHE Aircraft.
4) Troubleshooting the faulty circuit card assemblies by using the schematic diagrams.
5) Packaging, handling, storage of static sensitive devices.
6) Alignment of the subsystems, checking and adjusting the used power supplies.
7) Assembling and disassembling of operating systems and tested devices.
8) Establish, maintain the bench stock.
9) Maintain inventory control record, turn in procedures.
10) Operation, maintenance of support devices.
11) Testing, maintenance of the system wires and cables.
12) Identification, use, care, cleaning and inventory of tools.
13) excellent knowledge of work area safety (hazardous materials, foreign objects damage, hearing/eye protection, first aid kit, emergency treatment, fire fighting equipment).
14) Ensure planned preventive maintenance check tasks are carried out in schedules.
15) Ensure all quality, regulatory requirements and standards are maintained.
16) With honor grade completed the APACHE armament, electrical, aviation electronics & systems Repair, held at US Army aviation logistics school, Fort Eustis, Virginia.
17) Worked as an avionics technical repairer on Apache AH-64 A&D.
18) Worked as an avionics technical inspector on apache AH-64 A&D.
19) Worked as an instructor for APACHE AH-64 A&D.
20) Worked as a quality assurance representative at flight line.
21) Qualified from BOEING in Aircraft storage and shipping.
22) Testing, maintaining and repairing the communication & Radar of the Aircraft MIRAGE 2000.
