Scope: 30 well fields; 5 substations, each one involved with big water tanks, pump stations, chlorine building, workshops, maintenance building, guard house, boundary wall, control valves, asphalt roads, T.F.P. domestic pumps including the pipelines in between the five substations with washouts and air valves and pipe line of 94 Kilometers

• Established company operations and defined strategies to determine the strategic direction, operational processes and 3 phases stretched out project. Project managed the 2nd and 3rd phases of the project.
• Outlined project objectives/ plans, including budgeting and scheduling activities, set performance requirements and assigned duties to ensure flawless execution of project on time and within budget.
• Served as a Testing and Commissioning Committee and led the project including helping to define scope, goals and the commissioning activities that support business objectives & KPI’s.
