Accomplishment:
• Served as project director for Eastern area covering 3 great markets at al Jubail, Al Khobar and Dammam

• Assigned as “Project Manager” Construction of the Medicine Faculty/College building in the colleges complex in Unaizah by Al Zaid Engineering Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinated with technical teams to implement project roll outs, management systems and process enhancements, in line with project scope, time and budget constraints.
• Appointed appropriate personnel engineers, contractors and consultants, delegated responsibilities among full time, part time and contracted employees, prepared time guidelines and schedules for various stages of project completion, and executing handover.
• Analyzed project inception plan and created a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, scopes of work, project profitability and scheduling.

• Infrastructure King Fiasal University
Scope: Construction for all utility underground due to 288 villas and 36 height rise apartments including hard scab and soft scab; Sewage/Water/Raw water/Irrigation water/F.F water/Hyde. Water networks; Electricity Duct bank; sub-Stations; Street light system; Hard scab (Exterior decoration) and Soft scab (Agriculture and Fountains).
Key Responsibilities:
• Handled overall management responsibility for the coordination of all sites, projects and operating policies for establishing construction strategies for multi-disciplinary and technically complex projects.
• Drove project profitability and augmenting investment on projects particularly in respect of budget performance and long-term strategic expectations.

Scope: Construction of 96 numbers of high rise apartment and commercial buildings along with 433 residential villas.
Project cost: 2.5 Billion Saudi Riyals including the underground infrastructure utilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Provided advocacy to projects in concept design and establishing program requirements, preparing detailed construction drawing and ensuring that all operational regulations are adhered to

Scope: Project management for high tower in Taif 33 floors and Mall beside the tower including 370 shops, 14 restaurants, skating rink with area of 2, 400m2, playgrounds of about 3, 000 m2, 14 elevators, 12 escalators, Panda supermarket and underground parking for 800 cars including the electromechanical works.

• Managed the daily activities of construction projects and ensuring successful completion of projects, analyzed project needs, established project management strategy, and recommended appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control Strengthened team expertise in driving project excellence by providing project strategy recommendations to enhance project value, ensured efficient use of project resources (time, money, equipment, etc.), adherence to agreed timelines, and the provision of high quality, reliable and responsive services in line with customer needs and set objectives/goals.
• Advised on business initiatives and development plans in progress, evaluated the direction of the business and key metrics indices periodically for analyzing revenue, contribution margin, growth etc.

• Transferred water from Aradah Wells to big water tank in Baha City for distance of 94 Km with project cost about SR.385 Million executed in 3 phases.
Scope: 30 well fields; 5 substations, each one involved with big water tanks, pump stations, chlorine building, workshops, maintenance building, guard house, boundary wall, control valves, asphalt roads, T.F.P. domestic pumps including the pipelines in between the five substations with washouts and air valves and pipe line of 94 Kilometers
Key Responsibilities:
• Established company operations and defined strategies to determine the strategic direction, operational processes and 3 phases stretched out project. Project managed the 2nd and 3rd phases of the project.
• Outlined project objectives/ plans, including budgeting and scheduling activities, set performance requirements and assigned duties to ensure flawless execution of project on time and within budget.
• Served as a Testing and Commissioning Committee and led the project including helping to define scope, goals and the commissioning activities that support business objectives & KPI’s.

Scope: Building an International Equestrian Centre at a desert location on the outskirts of Riyadh. The facility included a
seven story Grandstand with Royal accommodation, the Main Racecourse, a Training Track, a Members Clubhouse, a Mosque and various accommodation and support building and infrastructure works - Project cost - SR750 million

• Identified opportunities for application of good / innovative engineering practices to enhance the quality of Projects.
• Lead a project construction team and oversaw the overall management of the construction of structures/facilities, project direction, planning, completion and final outcome.
