Site survey and measurement of integrated systems.
▪ Design, review, implementation, testing and commissioning of ELV Systems (Access Control Systems, CCTV, Building management systems, Structural Cabling, MATV, Car Park Systems).
▪ Develop the Engineering (I/O list, wiring diagram, schematic sequence of operation).
▪ Implementation, system integration, testing and on site start up.
▪ LCP’s synchronization and data base creation.
▪ Undertakes preventive and corrective maintenance and service works for all accounts, and acts as a technical consultant to the client for the undertaken work.
▪ Prepares Project Progress Reports and time sheets and submits it to the Project Manager.
▪ Prepares the descriptive technical report on any occurring problem and submits it to services manager for review and approval.
▪ Follows up work progress with projects teams.
▪ Prepares the site survey report and ensures report submitting to the Project Manager.
▪ Ensuring design provided meets the terms and conditions of the consultancy agreement and contracts.
▪ Coordinating with the QC and Consultant to carry out inspections and getting approvals for the installation and functioning of ELV systems.
▪ Checking physical installation as per DWG.
▪ Supervising the fluke test and verifying the test report for all telephone and data outlets.
▪ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
▪ Supervising and managing the contractors to ensure the works are constructed as per specification and to established milestone dates.
▪ Managing and directing the supervision team to undertake day to day inspections of the works.
▪ Maintaining the level of Safety awareness and ensure the contractor complies with his obligations.
▪ Removing bottlenecks to delivery on behalf of the contractor.
▪ Resolving site issues on site.
▪ Presenting progress and package issues to project manager.
▪ Negotiating changes to the scope of work with the Client and contractors.
▪ Following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
▪ Providing input to performance reviews and develop plans.
▪ Monitoring and reports to project manager on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions.
▪ Attending internal weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
▪ Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

- Organizing Maintenance routine service schedule.
- Designing Maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
- Allocating work to a team of fitters.
- Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
- Controlling Maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
- Carrying out quality inspections.
- Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
- Organizing teams or individuals to make sure that 24 hours cover is available.
- Writing Maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.

- Provide a service to internal or external customers by giving advice via the telephone and by visiting the equipment in location.
- Work out regular Maintenance schedules for each piece of equipment and carry out the work.
- Deal with emergency breakdowns as they occur.
- Remove equipment to workshop as appropriate, where detailed diagnosis and investigation can be more readily achieved, dismantling equipment when necessary and replacing faulty parts.
- Work under pressure to get equipment serviceable

- Install, troubleshoot and maintain the systems.
- Identify, analyze and repair systems failures.
