‐ Perform Delay Analysis & Prepare and defend Time Caused Claims/V.Os.
‐ Check the Actual Progress vs Planned (Time & Cost).
‐ Update, Monitor and Control Time schedules.
‐ Prepare Weekly/Monthly Progress reports for projects and advise Design Manager/Project Manager.
‐ Prepare Monthly Progress Payment.
‐ Review Contractor’s payments, V.O.s, claims.
‐ Analyse Contractor’s time caused claims and give recommendation to Client/PM.
