AACMI is a medical company established as a hub for medical supplies industries in Egypt with a portfolio includes (Implants, medical devices, and telemedicine). AACMI is partnering with European companies as (DMG Mori GmbH, ImplantCast GmbH, and Setcons GmbH).
My role as Production planning manager:
• Cascading the company strategies and business plan to production plan optimizing the production process by increasing productivity and eliminating waste.
• Defining the master data for the compony product portfolio.
• Design the production processes layouts including CNC Machines and post processing equipment operations.
• Deals with marketing& demand forecast beside dealing with financial data, personnel, capacity, and availability of raw materials.
My role as Project manager:
• Member of the strategic management team responsible for the company business development and strategy formation through collaboration with different consulting entities and implementing an organizational governance framework.
• Accountable for contracts management, ERP & policies implementation, and financial control of the project.
• Defining the projects time schedule and cost baseline and the performance control tools to ensure the project compliance to the defined charter. As well as participated in the preparation of projects feasibility studies.
• Contributed to defining the company product portfolio through initiating partnerships with selected manufacturers.
• Preparing progress and follow up reports to the Program board and company board.
• Forecasting market demand mainly by the seasonality analysis technique which decreased the cost of lost opportunities by 20%.
• Studying and analyzing the production lines capacities and achieved productivities. This helped in defining the production bottlenecks.
• Optimizing productivity through setting production plans according to factory capabilities and market demand and decreasing the changeover.
• Planning activity control on production process to monitor time, cost, and waste in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
• Applying Lean techniques and working on 20 keys and 5S within the supply chain department.
• Took care of all contractual and financial relations between Landlord and IEOC.
• Supervised and coordinated HVAC systems construction work and preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Conduct all the maintenance operations in compliance with all the HSE requirements per IEOC standards.
• Carried out all the financial transactions between the company and the clients.
• Planned all the mechanical maintenances.
• Supervised the projects implementation and management of the projects stakeholders.
• Participated in the installation operation for the network infrastructure.
• Performed audits for new suppliers and assessments on manufacturing and logistics activities.
