Production Manager,
• Planned and execute projects to improve overall of vibration levels for grinding machines as an effective preventive and corrective action to eliminate Scrape / process down time.
• coordinated all documentation regarding processes, quality records, equipments, manuals, specifications, drawings, procedures, training, requirements and safety issues .
• Skills and abilities to help personnel to achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals as well as setting and measuring high standards of work performance of the team work.

• Planned the use of all resources, manpower, equipment and materials to meet requirements.
• Managed production budgets and programmed for the market demanded.
• Supervised and coordinated maintenance activities in the production site

Reported to the Site Production Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of an industrial plant. Duties as follows:
• Effectively prioritized maintenance activities in conjunction with the maintenance department.
• Managed personnel; worked with staff at all levels to meet production targets.
• Supervised and coordinated up to 200 operators working across a 3 shift system; deputized for engineering, laboratory and support departments as required.
