-As a receptionist, Reflect the public image of the hotel, it's very important to make the guest feel welcoming, answer his questions about( local transports, places, interest and entertain, facilities of your hotel.) service standard and the smile as a part of the uniform are the keys to reach this goals.
-As a receptionist in that job, I had to do the following:
1- ) Answering the telephone calls, inquiries about the hotel.
2- ) Making the reservations and cancellations on the computer.
3- ) Meeting the customers, company's group, governmental groups and check them in and out.
4- ) cashier: responsible for the cash, reaching the monthly target demanded, manage and facilitate the guest's receipt and also the company's receipt.
5- ) Night shift leader professional: night shift manager-responsible for the hotel with the entire departments, helpful, able to make good and correct decisions.
6- ) Night auditor: check the audit of the entire departments and make the last audit for the day on the reservation system.
