* Undertaking all company's internal investigations

* Drafting all contracts and adding any additional articles whenever necessary
* Concluding and monitoring external contracts
* Controlling annual cheques renewals
* Registering Board of Directors minutes of meeting
* Registering the unusual General Assembly minutes of meeting
* Registering the usual General Assembly minutes of meeting
* Dealing with Investment Authorities different competencies
* Pursue the realization of Chamber of Commerce duties
* Pursue the realization of the Commercial Register
* Pursue the realization of General Taxation department and the disputes related to it
* Pursue the realization of the Capital Market Authorities
