Catering operations/Event Management: Anchoring all activities for in flight catering, menu planning, meal presentation thereby achieving delivery service quality norms. Inventory management for food supplies on a weekly and monthly basis for ensuring indenting of adequate stocks.

Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Directing a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans. Ensuring that materials are received in accordance with the quantity & quality.

Maintenance and Trouble Shooting: Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance/overhauling/repair schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability. Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking corrective measures/steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools. Ensuring all the machineries work efficiently by conducting timely checks & measures


Man Management: Monitoring the performance level of the staff for ensuring accomplishment of the target. Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff & engineers for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and managing permanent labour.
