Designation : Sr. Resident Engineer
Responsibility : Contract Administration including acting as the Engineer under FIDIC, lead a multi-disciplinary site based team and management of tenders, tender evaluations for Provisional Sum and Prime Cost items.

1- Maydan Sobha Community-Phase II, Mohamed Bin Rashid City, District 1 ( 2, 376, 000, 000.00 Dhs)
The project is residential community consist of 250 luxury G+1 villas and 35 luxury mansions with total built up area of 285, 520 m2, crystal lagoon, beach facilities buildings, retails center, nursery building in addition to external work such as hard and soft landscape works, street lighting etc..

The project is consisting of 6 residential buildings B+G+9 and 4 buildings service apartments B+G+9 in the community of Akoya Damac with total built up area of 110, 000m2

2- Dubai Downtown 1KM Pedestrian Bridge Project &Infrastructure Works (400, 000, 000 Dhs)
The bridge provide air conditioned bridge between Dubai downtown metro station and Dubai mall Bridge is 1KM long .services deviation, new infrastructure networks, Piling works, steel structure are included .
3- Remram Housing Community Phase I (700, 000, 000Dhs)
The project is residential community consist of 20 buildings G+7 in addition to the service blocks
(Mosque, two health club) with total built -up area of 212, 660m2 landscape and hardscape works are included.
4- Green Community Motor City (860, 000, 000 Dhs)
The project is residential community consist of 286 luxury villas G+1, four identical buildings G+ 5, five recreation centers, commercial center with total built-up area of 270, 000m2 plus main artificial lake, two secondary lakes all external works such as landscaping, irrigation systems, infrastructure, roads are included
5- Dubai Festival City Al-Badia Resort phase II residential (160, 000, 000 Dhs)
The project is residential community with total built-up area of 46, 500 m2 is two residential buildings each building is five stories structure consisting of basement level, ground plus four upper floors of 1BR/2BR/3BR apartments in addition to 28 townhouses two and three stories. All external works such as landscaping and irrigation systems, mechanical & electrical infrastructure, roads and external lighting are included
6-UP Town Mirdif - Garden Apartments (85, 000, 000 Dhs)
The project is a residential building G+3 floors with built-up area 28, 000 m2, parking area to serve 180cars, 101 No’s of 2 bedrooms flats with the full required accommodations such as swimming pool
Children’s pool, Jacuzzi, landscaping and the common facilities
Responsibility : Establish the company quality plan in order to achieve the ISO Certificate, prepare the quality plan for the projects in the tender stages, work as main contractor QC manager responsible for the civil and architect work in the project mentioned herein below

Khalifa sports academy composed of five main buildings for associated sports and leisure facilities area in addition to five playgrounds and landscaping area
Responsibility : Manage a the supervision team, review the contractor’s method statements, sequence of
Work, quality plan .involved in testing and inspecting the civil and architectural works on site, verify the contractor compliance with the time schedule as well as the progress on site manage the project handling over process.

Dreamland Sheraton hotel consist of 230 residential rooms, swimming pool, underground tank grand court and park place surrounded by huge landscape area
2- Shopping Resort Project (60, 000, 00 L.E)
Shopping resort and park place projects consist of trade centers, markets, restaurants, theme places surrounded by landscaping areas
Responsibility : the responsibility include inspection of all the Civil works such as formwork, rebar and concrete placement for superstructure and core walls.

1- Cairo Maridine Hotel Tower ( 240, 000, 000 USD)
The project is multistory building 142-M height (870 residential rooms), conferences center, trade center multistory garage and three theatres.
Responsibility : The position is construction Q.C engineer responsible for inspection and overall verification of civil construction activities. These activities include drilled caissons, formwork, rebar, embeds, steelwork, architectural works (precast concrete wall panels, masonry, reflected ceiling, etc...) and quality control for materials

1- 1200 MW EL-Kurimat Thermal Power Station Project (800, 000, 000 USD)
EL-KUREIMAT power station is composed of two power generating units, each unit 600 MW.
Each power unit consists of a turbine generator pedestal, turbine generator building, boiler, chimney and a shared control building. In addition, several other structures (water intake and discharge structures, circulating water pipe system, water treatment building, administration building, etc…)
2- USA Embassy Extension Project (80 MILLION USD)
The project consist of administration building (basement+7floors), ambassador residence (basement+3floors) vehicle and pedestrian sally ports, underground tank in addition landscape areas
Project Management was granted after attending six semesters-long courses, 270 hours of practical training and factual projects submission in the following fields: Quality Control , Project Planning And Control Techniques , Management Of Project Resource Project Budgeting And Financial Control , Project Bids And Contracts , Feasibility Studies .
