06/2010-date SWECO- Sustainable Engineering and Design Disi Water Conveyance Project
The Disi-Mudawarra to Amman Water Conveyance Project is responsible to convey about 100 MCM/yr of water over some 325 kilometers from Dubyadib well field (located near the towns of Disi and Mudawarra in the south of Jordan) to Greater Amman.

A total of 55 wells (46 operating and 9 stand -by) are to be constructed to produce an average flow rate of 100 MCM/year. The pipeline will comprise a southern section of some 110km across open land and a northern section of around 215km situated within the alignments of public highways.

I am currently occupying two positions within this project, briefed below: Management Technical Support Engineer
• Overlook financial, contractual, planning and scheduling issues of the Disi Project.
• Assist management in specifying responsible engineering department for technical review and related correspondences.
• Instruct administrative officers on proper and relevant documentation of engineering documents when needed.
• • Provide knowledge and advices in the fields of water supply techniques.
• Coordinate and support high level monthly progress meetings through preparing MWI/WAJ's leading presentations.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for -Multi-national- progress meetings.

Senior Environmental Engineer
• Assess environmental impacts of project construction activities and conduct Monitoring studies.
• Design suitable mitigation measures to overcome environmental impacts of the project construction activities.
• Prepare project specific Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Construction Environmental Management Guidelines (CEMGs)
• Revise and follow up on the environmental submittals, conduct site visits and assure good communication and dialogue with the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) all through the well-field and along the conveyance pipeline and reservoirs.
