• Establishing testing strategies and test plans for products and collaborate with the developers to follow them.
• Responsible of performing all kind of manual testing types and executing some functional and load testing scenarios using Apache Jmeter.
• Work closely with the development team and business analysts from the early life cycle of any new product and thought out software design and development phases.
• Conduct training sessions with the client’s technical and non-technical people to explain new products’ specifications or enhancements on existing products.
• Write User Acceptance Test document and execute scenarios with clients to gain their final approve before launch our products.
• Follow up with the technical support and client directly for any urgent issues or enhancements needed.
• Continuous collection and analysis of customer’s feedback to improve product’s quality.

• A leading role in manual web application testing including: System Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Services Testing, Compatibility, Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, GUI Testing, Database Testing and User Acceptance testing.
• Responsible of creation detailed test cases for different application modules according to functional requirements and business specifications.
• Focus on integration testing between different web, mobile and oracle applications.
