(2) Providing case management services to the youth inside Palestinian Refugee Camp to ensure their health and to assist them in attaining a more satisfactory social, psychological, and educational outcomes.
(3) Assessing problems, strengths and needs of beneficiaries.
(4) Assisting beneficiaries in developing and using their own potential for more adequately resolving social, educational, emotional and insecurity problems.
(5) Making referrals to other public and private social service organizations, community agencies and resources to meet the beneficiaries' needs and provide a proper intervention when needed.
(6) In close coordination with UNRWA (United Nation Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East), provided social help on remedial education for the beneficiaries.
(7) Providing beneficiaries with the opportunity to be heard and receive help inside Palestinian Refugee Camp in coordination with other social agencies, Lebanese government officials and NGO’s.
(8) Conducting group sessions which aims were the refugees to feel empowered to deal with their psychological difficulties by providing specialist counselling, psychotherapy and support.
(9) Following up with the donor (Danish Refugee Council) on the course of the project, its objectives, deadlines and indicators.
(10) Preparing progressive and narrative reports during the course of the project.
