Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work (in UAE, KSA)
•Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
•Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
•Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
•Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
•Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
•Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Prepare the briefing agenda and perform onboarding for the new hires .
•Contribute to the planning, organizing, and staf evaluations
•Preparation of trainings for the staf and coverage of all administrative aspects
•Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements
•Planning and organizing recruitment processes (preparing and posting vacancies, shortlisting of CVs, contacting candidates, performances of interviews, preparing letters of ofer/rejection...)
•Execute administrative and legal related tasks
•Responsible for creating and updating the individual staf files in the HR database
•Prepare the monthly payroll for more than 130 employees in the project and draw up monthly pay slips
•Prevision of monthly treasury and planning to ensure the coverage of daily needs, advances on salaries…
•Draw up the final pay slip and employment certificate at the end of a contract to meet legal requirements
•Assist in implementing internal communication policies (organizing staf meetings, posting memos...)

•Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts

Providing support in the various human resources functions including the preparation of diferent HR policies and procedures.
•Preparing HR reports related to attendance and performance evaluation for the HR manager.
