Reporting to HR Director MEA & LATAM
Scope: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain
• Support as Business Partner, providing managers and employees with guidance and advice as and when needed
• Mediating any employee disputes or grievances that may arise and finding solutions to manage these in the best possible way

Reporting to HR Director- MERTA
Scope: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey and Morocco.
• Act as a key HR contact and adviser to management on a range of HR activities
• Process Payroll for full region on monthly basis
• Job analysis and prepare compensation proposals for selected candidates
• Responsible for budget deck
• Manage medical and life insurance renewal annually
• Complete Mercer particpation questionnaires and reports when needed
• Facilitate calibration meetings for Successtion planning & Performance management processes

Reporting to Head of HR, responsible for UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan and Lebanon.
• Ensure compliance and continual update of various systems with 100% accuracy
• Assist in the coordination of employee relocation services and onboarding process.
• Conduct orientation programs for new associates in addition to sending welcome packs and surveys.
• Support car loan documentation process - preparation of contracts, document validation, sign off & preparation of bi-annual summary statements.
• Point of contact with outsource PRO provider coordinating between Alcon, the Associates & outsource vendor for paperwork related to Associates leaving or joining (as well as support for their dependent family members).
• Monthly updates of HR related tools for performance management, intranet directories, talent management systems and email groups. This will also include data management of a HRIS.
• Overseeing leave tracker to ensure records up-to-date & policies adhered to.
• Coordinate the logistics of recruitment and selection campaigns including advertising, coordinating with agencies, arranging interviews both locally and internationally. As well as conducting interviews when required.
• Coordinate training logistics.
• Address Associates inquiries regarding HR practices, policies and procedures and ensure proper communication and compliance
• Issue employment letters to associates as required and coordinate with third party sponsors for any related documentation.

Reporting operationally to Project Manager & Functionally to HR Manager
•Served as a reference and custodian of the Project OC chart, resource mapping, and staff allocations.
•Drafted the JDs of newly created positions in coordination with department heads and update the existing ones, if necessary.

A.Creation of Mauritania Sugar Factory Project Manpower Plan
B.Harmonization of HR Policy of KETS and KSC (5 months project);
Reporting to both the Group Human Capital Director and KETS General Manager to reach a one harmonized HR Policy to be implemented for both KSC (Mother Company) and KETS (Subsidiary).
C.Update of HR NET System for payroll process (Two Weeks Project);
Reporting to HR Manager I was requested to update the System in order to be able to issue KETS payroll flawlessly.

•Responsible for the attendance records, timesheets and monthly payroll report.
