- Direct and administer the provision of day-to-day operation support to the sub units of the department
- Follow up and implementation of new regulation in the Qatar labor law
- Managed in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, in relation with Qatari Labor Law
- Ensure that all operations comply with established policy and local regulations
- Organize & Follow up on Staff Training
- Follow up with around 3500 staff under the group
