• All Type Projector Installation Setup & troubleshooting monitoring
• To log and prioritize system and user support calls for 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

Installation, configuration of local printers, Scanners, Desk jet and Laser jet printers. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Other Networking Concepts. Handling Internet & browsers with networking related issue. Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.
