• Leading the implementation and fulfillment of Envision Requirements at the construction site, ensuring environmentally sustainable practices are met throughout the project.
• Develop and implement innovative system and component designs to minimize adverse impacts on the work site environment.
• Conduct extensive research to evaluate the environmental footprint of construction projects, analyze data, and perform sustainability audits. Proactively address issues and devise eco-friendly solutions to safeguard the health and safety of the work environment.
• Execute on-site audit checks to closely monitor and oversee the execution of environmental sustainability initiatives throughout ongoing projects.
• Verify on-site audits, ensuring recommended solutions and development plans are adhered to, and continuously track progress.
• Document and uphold plans, requirements, protocols, permits, and standard operating procedures to ensure a high level of environmental compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging Eco-friendly technologies and materials suitable for construction projects, integrating them into large-scale endeavors while considering cost and productivity factors.
• Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain department to source construction materials aligning with our Environmental & Sustainability (E&S) strategy.
• Stay informed about changes in environmental legislation and how they impact construction jobs in mega projects.
• Cultivate relationships with relevant environmental stakeholders, including local authorities, communities, social committees, public bodies, and regulatory agencies, to shield company projects from negative public perception and legal actions.
• Ensuring that the work progresses in a safe and environmentally responsible manner & in accordance with the project Construction Environmental Management Plans
• Supporting the project teams and displaying a positive, competent & professional leadership attitude to colleagues, contractors & Client.
• Reported weekly & monthly environmental compliance / performance reports to the Environmental Manager.
• Implementing environmental awareness through environmental training's, signage's & posters.
• Ensure Environmental compliance are implemented at site.
• Preparing the environmental impacts and risks and identify mandatory requirement for site clearance, earthworks, and construction
• Identify mandatory control measures of Environmental impacts & Risks for transport and logistics.
• Report environmental incidents to managements including mishaps such as potential permit non-compliance and upcoming regulatory inspections, Investigate an accident & near miss incident, complete accident and investigation reports in cooperation with line management and technical specialists Support line management.
• External grievance procedure, Spill response plan, Landscape restoration plan, Trees and other species relocation action plan.
• Reporting & recording of environmental non-compliance, implementing corrective actions for all non-compliance observed.
• Environmental Hazard Identification, Assessment & Control, Solid Waste Management & Control.
• Ensure Biodiversity managements and ensure compliance according to the company management plan.
• Evaluate testing procedures by EPA-approved laboratories to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs which include testing Noise Monitoring, Air monitoring & Drinking water testing to maintain their values under NEQS.
• Implement environmental plans for programs such as Air & Noise quality, Drinking Water analysis, Solid Waste Management, Chemical Handling & storage procedure & spill prevention of hazardous materials.
• Review and Compliance of ESMS System of the Project
• Compliance's of Different Environmental plans as per client requirement at the Project site
• Conducting Environmental audit and Inspection of Sub-cons
• Monitoring and record of dust emissions by visual and by using handheld particulate monitor (Dust Mate)
• Ensure Waste Management Plan, Dust Management plan and Traffic Management plan are implemented at site
• Environmental awareness through environmental induction, environmental training's, signage's, posters and video sand Environmental notice boards
• Compliance of Environmental Management Plan, Waste Water, Solid Waste at site
• Review and Implementation of Emergency Response Plan of the Project
• A part of Weekly and monthly meetings with Client and EPC Contractor.

Ensuring that the construction company complies with all relevant environmental regulations, permits, and standards. They monitor construction activities to identify potential environmental risks or violations and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Environmental impact assessments for construction projects with my Manager, we assess the potential environmental effects of the project, including air and water pollution, habitat destruction, and waste management. They also provide recommendations for mitigating or minimizing these impacts.
- Implement environmental management plans for construction projects. I work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate environmental considerations into the project's design, construction, and operation phases. This includes promoting energy efficiency, and managing waste and pollution.
- Engage with stakeholders such as local communities, government agencies, and environmental organizations.
- Training and educational programs for construction company employees regarding environmental policies, regulations, and best practices. Raise awareness about environmental issues and promote environmentally responsible behaviours within the organization, include training on proper waste management, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
- Submit regular reports on the company's environmental performance.
