 Handling entire recruitment life cycle from initial screening till on-boarding (end to end recruitment).
 Negotiate with prospective employees to close the vacancy within budgeted salary
 Ability to prioritize work,
 Process ad hoc requests related to plan support.
 Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
 Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail with optimum customer centricity.
 Work with and without supervision and has the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
 Highly self-motivated, directed and should be high on initiative.
 Active participation in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
 Looking after documentation, Work Authorization, Security Clearance...Etc.
 Sorting the resumes as per the Skill sets and Experience of the resumes received. Maintaining the Database by segregating.
 Initial Screening, Negotiation and Short-listing candidates based on the requirement, by checking for details like Education, Present job, Experience, Skill sets etc and forwarding the same to the line Managers.
 To initiate BGV for the candidate and releasing PO’s and offer letter.
