•Design, Implementation and troubleshooting networks using TCP/IP.
•Troubleshooting Reported Problems both on networking and on user machines (Both Hardware and Software.
•Installing and troubleshooting network printers.
•Ability to troubleshoot and support users with software’s such as APM (Amadeus Property Management System), SHAWMAN POS (Point of Sale), ORION and Fidelio.
•Maintaining inventory record of all the computer systems, accessories and software using in the organization.
•Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding performance and issues with all the customers and the users.
•Liaise with all departments on the short coming problems with regards to system functioning and computer related deficiencies for the smooth and systematic functioning of all department.
