- Develop and manage budgets for Procurements and administrative
- Implement cost-Saving initiatives while maintaining quality standard

• Lead the Project Facilities Management (FM) team and be the Point of Contact for all FM issues
• Coordinate with Clients, suppliers, Designer and subcontractor and study their quotations.
• Ensure that all Works and Maintenance Activities comply with current statutory legislation and Codes of Practice and that the Project site and its buildings remain secure, effective and fit for use;
• Ensure that professional FM services are delivered in line with the Contract and contractual compliance is achieved;
• Controlling all suppliers working in project, ensure their performance meeting project’s requirement such as security, cleaning, firefighting, cameras, landscaping, Valet, Parking, ..etc
• Coordinate direct with the Employees and the HR department for any vacations, renewal contract, salary increment, ….etc
• Review the BOQ’s simultaneously with drawings, Manpower, materials, Tools, Equipments and profits in order to submit the tender .
• Coordinating site safety programs
• Responsible for P&L stated goals to track and control costs as they relate to any specific
• Working As FM & Exhibition for Mrsool Park Stadium, Malls, Restaurants

-Ensure that the cost, timeline, scope and safety measures in all the assigned projects are met at all times
- Controlling all suppliers working in project, ensure their performance meeting project’s requirement.
- Coordinate direct with the Employees and the HR department for any vacations, renewal contract, salary increment, ….etc
- Review the BOQ’s simultaneously with drawings, Manpower, materials, Tools, Equipments and profits in order to submit the tender .
