• The key responsibilities would be to generate sales volumes and achieve sales targets.
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
• Responsible for areas like implementation, training and aftercare support when the project is closed or product is sold.
• Should manage the leads from company and should close those leads which are under the scope of company.
• Should generate direct sales leads.
• Should maintain reseller network overall the market
• Should focus on new ideas and suggestions to be implemented on software.
• Should have follow up on payment collection from clients.
• Responsibility to maintain customer relationship with existing clients.
• Regular updates to be maintained in CRM based on each projects allotted to me .
• Must be responsible to inform the technical team whether clients need any kind of technical support.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
