•Administer student assessments using WIAT-III kit as per
the recommendation of the Special needs Department (SEND).
• Provide direct support to students as required for the
implementation of the Individual Education Plan (for
example class and/ or withdrawal assistance).
• Facilitate parent consultation for the development of
Individual Education Plans.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to determine
programming goals and teaching strategies to be
outlined in the IEP and implemented in the classroom.
• Update administration and staff with respect to Special
Education issues, policies, and procedures.
