Responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to guarantee accurate orders and accommodate special requests
• Relay all food orders to the kitchen in a very efficient manner to make sure that every food order is processed accordingly.

POS Support, Online Order Taking & Delivery Orders:
• Operated standard base cash register/POS system
• Utilized POS system to perform financial transactions of cash, debit or credit cards for food purchases.
• Receive calls for Talabat Orders and Inbound call Orders.
• Monitored delivery orders & ensured they arrived in a quick and timely manner.
• Experienced in taking to go and delivery orders over the phone.

Inventory & Back Office Support:
• Count store inventory for official store records.
• Maintain logs of all products and supplies.
• Check actual store inventory against computerized records.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory records to store manager.
• Assisted back office in system entry and documentation as and when need arose depending on the workflow.

• Coordinating with internal/external department for admin requirements.
• Handling business enquiries, regular follow-ups and preparing reports, presentations and processing travel domestic whenever necessary to provide one-to-one client service.
