During This time I will working PM/CM job, Tx Installation, calibration, loop checking,
Commissioning all types of instruments.
Involved in day to day maintenance of LNG/SRU plants as acting Instrument Technician
Since JUNE 2015.
Planning for daily PM/CM jobs with reference to SAP and scheduler’s weekly plan to
Maintain rolling backlog less than 4 weeks.
Hands on experience on SAP PM Module for creating/closing PM notifications and creating
Reservation for warehouse materials for day to day activities.
Study of various documents like datasheets, location drawing, P&ID, C&E documents and
IPS logics before applying PTW and executing the day to day activities.
Performing online critical PM’s as per PM plan including Partial Stroke Test(SIS Diagnostic)
For ESDV/SDV, calibration of various IPS/DCS transmitter’s to achieve 100% reliability of
System.
Hands on Experience on Integrated Valve Link Snap ON AMS Suite ver. 9.3 for
Diagnostic/Monitoring of Field Instruments, Control Valve Signature and Step Response
Utilities.
Hands on maintenance experience on various field instruments (Rosemount series 3051,
Rosemount Radar Level measurement 5402/5301 series, E&H Proline ProMass 84F
series, Fisher DVC 6200 AD/6030 SIS, Control Valves FISHER/Metso/XOMOX,
BETTIS/ROTORK/Biffi actuators, Flame Scanners IRIS S550 Heads-P522 Module/Fireye
UV7SC. Hands on Experience on Integrated Valve Link Snap ON AMS Suite ver. 9.3 for
Diagnostic /Monitoring of Field Instruments, Control Valve Signature and Step Response Utilities.
