• Performs the tests in Lubrication, the lube analyst is responsible for identifying the problems, documenting them and giving the instructions for the remedial actions.
• Review lube oil sampling points and issue recommendation
• Review equipment failure history and create Oil Analysis and equipment database
• Determine and review equipment oil sampling frequency
• Properly maintaining all testing activities. Proper Upkeep of files, quality records as per the requirements of procedures. Proper maintenance of used oil reports (customer wise segregation).
• Availability of inventory before 1st week with improvement. Feed backs from lab staff.
• Guide end-users for correct sampling techniques and application of lubricants.
• Inspection and installation of equipments
• Provide onsite oil analysis to many customers in Pakistan
• Evaluate deleting and adding new equipment to lubrication monitoring data from Machinery health monitoring software.
