• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to.
• To coordinate with local recruitment agencies to fill vacancies based on the approval from HR & Admin Manager or as instructed by the Sr. Admin Officer.
• To liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
• To design recruitment advertisements and post it on online job portals on getting approval from the concerned Manger.
• To assess, filter, and conduct initial interview for available positions; and making referrals of well-qualified and skillful applicants to the respective department managers.
• To be in regular touch with project managers for any requirements related with projects, and prepare periodical announcements of required positions.
• Interviewing candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both Line Manager and Sr. Admin Officer.
• Applicant tracking should be maintained for ease of access and updated information.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates, if so advised by the HR & Admin Manager.
• Coordinate with the selected candidates for the documents to process visa and assessing all certificates and testimonials of the candidates before proceeding to apply for visa.
• Initiating visa application requests and sending requests to the PRO concerned.
• Mobilization & stay for new joiners.
• Conducting new employee orientation and HR Induction, ensuring there is always a stock of manuals.
• Announcement of new joiners to the department Heads/ Project Heads and to the HR * Admin Staff.
• Ensures employee file is created and sequenced
• Ensure insurance coverage -both medical & life insurance- for all employees and upkeep the records
• Insurance Deletion of inactive employees.
Screening CV’s & conducting preliminary round of interview..
Drafting Contracts for all positions.
Ensure proper documentation of recruitment related activities.
Coordinating with PRO for Work Permit Approval, Visa application, Labor Application & Cancellation.
Coordinating with the Accommodation Supervisor for the accommodation of new hires.
Travel arrangement for the new hires
On Boarding of the employees.
Maintaining personnel files & updating the Applicant Tracking Database in order to ensure ease of access & updated information.
Assisting in Daily administrative task.
Sourcing candidates of all nationalities through External Jobsites, Company database & Recruitment Agencies.
Correspondence with the candidate.
Assisted in implementing Recruitment Software Tool -Compass system for user friendliness, better reporting.
Recruitment of certain positions from Senior Management level with special emphasis on Oil & Gas sector requirements.
Competencies for Administrative Department.
Assisted in Drafting Policies and Procedures of the company.
