to the IPO .
• Maintained employees Master Sheet up to date and provided it to the vendor.
• Developed Onboarding policy, procedure and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• Analyzed attendance report and provided it top management on monthly basis.
• Issued employment contracts for head office employees.
• Worked on resignations, leaves and employees Letters (Experience, Clearance and Identification)
• Developed an induction presentation and plan.
