Execute the marketing strategy with business unit heads
•Monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide feedback to senior management at agreed interval
•Conceptualize all marketing programs for a specific product, focusing on attracting new clients, growing existing and retaining existing clients
•Manage and organize the bank’s annual events and other events such as career fairs and other exhibitions
•Develop collaterals that will promote the Bank’s business and client servicing needs, such as product collaterals, advertisements, and update across all touch points and social media channels

•Design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback via different channels (email, call back, website, Facebook posts, focus group)
•Tracking the budget of SM&C department
• Assist in the appointment and maintenance of vendor relationships, hence ensuring timely and cost-effective deliverables
