·Develop, the costed annual work plan for the psychosocial, initiatives and learning component with support from the
CBP manager.
·Develop the strategy, plan and mechanism to integrate the component into Azraq Camp program in keeping with IASC
guidelines of mental health and psychosocial support in emergencies.
·Provide technical support to the CSRI officers in the activities planning and implementation.
·Develop clear plan for collecting and implementing refugees’ initiatives and innovations in Azraq Camp as well as the
psychosocial needs for beneficiaries that matches program’s direction and protection guidelines of refugees.
·Monitor the implementation of the plan in line with CARE requirements including proposing any necessary changes;
·Report to the CBP manager on progress including contributing to donor reports.
·Work as a team players providing relevant information assistance to colleagues and ensuring project components.
·Liaise with the CSRI officers and the community development assistants the organization and implementation of
psychosocial activities, events, workshops, training sessions, information materials, and presentations.
·Supervise, lead, guide, orient, train, coach and support team members.
·Provide team leadership and motivational support to the team through daily supervision, regular team meetings, and
learning and reflection events.
Build the technical and managerial capacity of the staff in planning and implementing activities effectively and
efficiently.
Giving awareness sessions regarding WASH in support of the Community Mobilization Coordinator.

Responsible for Psychological assessment of beneficiaries accessing PSS care in PHCs and Women and Girls Safe Spaces in Southern Syria.
Conduct remote-based PSS counselling sessions based on the individual needs and abilities of beneficiaries, through individual and group sessions.
Keep beneficiaries’ files updated
Update data collection of PSS activities on monthly basis, in coordination with the Protection and M&E team.
Providing continuous technical support and capacity building to the PSS staff in the field.
Providing technical support to the logistics department, ensuring technical validation of psycho social related devices, items and equipment, as needed.
