• Responsible for USD 16 million sales target through assigned sales area
• Managing Local & Global Corporates like LG, Samsung, Hyundai, Kepco, Daewoo etc…
• Sourcing new account & negotiating deals with them.
• Responsible for marketing activity of Korean air in the Middle East region
• To act as an ambassador of KE in every sphere of Indoor & outdoor activity
• To organize product presentation to Corporates & Travel partners.
• Monitor competitors activity closely & initiate with counterplan to protect sales & revenue
• Expansion of sales channels for maximizing the revenue
• Monitor low demand areas and enhance sales by fare level control.
• Close evaluation of GSA performance and conducting annual GSA meetings for the feedback
• Close evaluation of BSP sales channel performance through MIS tools and to establish
Promotional plan for protecting revenue loss.
• Conduct Sales Calls and periodic visits to Travel partners and Corporate Accounts to enlighten about Korean Air products and updates.
• Proactively market, sell and consult with clients in regards to air, car and hotel products and all other related services
• Handling the Corporate accounts like Philips-Boston Consulting Group-Cisco-Dell
• Handling end to end Travel arrangement for various hierarchy levels.
• Cultivated positive and enduring relationship with customers
• Ensuring that a customer problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion
• Monitoring competition and analyzing competitor activity.
• Identifying and maximizing revenue from existing customer accounts.
• Playing an important role in enhancing the company’s image in the travel business by providing excellent quality service
• Handling complex travel arrangement to war affected region like Iraq & Afghanistan.
