As an Assistant Store Manager, I possesse the responsibility of the store as a whole. My daily responsibility includes from management of staff-members who works for the company, proper functioning of the business like driving sales with added values, maintaining the values and standards of the company/brand are my daily key roles. Besides, I’m responsible as the key person who’s in contact with the Brand Team and the Company officials for the daily functioning of the business and profits.
Working with Praxis as a Senior Sales Supervisor with reservations for MGM Muthu Hotels. Taking calls from Vacation Club Members, Direct Guest, Travel Agents, Corporate Booker for Hotel Reservations. Calling up Vacation Club Members for Collection of fees. Calling reserved guests for upsell of transfers and F&B packages & yes, management of the team as a whole is my primary concern.
As a Department Manager I was in charge of the store day to day activities. My role was to optimize store sales and profitability. I coordinated employee management, cash register operations and inventory. I aimed to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. Have had handled a store size of in and around 2000 square/ft with an employee size of 25 within the department.
Basic daily tasks include:
1. Planning and coordinating store operations.
2. Applying marketing strategies.
3. Ensuring the quality of customer service.
4. Developing the strategic positioning of the store within the local market.
5. Supervise personnel: training, motivation, appraisal, etc.

I was responsible for development of software’s for the company in Lotus Notes 7.0.1. Besides, I was responsible for maintenance of the software’s which were delivered through my department, along with getting customer’s satisfaction and new projects. My key role was development of customer requirement based software’s along with maintenance service with satisfaction.
