Role includes:
- Manage and monitor all design packages pre-construction, for timely delivery of design packages, coordinated and up to the approved design breif and BOD's. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their involvement, approvals and expectations are met.
- Ensure Compliance with set budget, agreed timeline and quality standard.
- Close and key involvement in change management process.
- Maintain signed-off design intent throughout construction phase and upto handing over.
I am a graduat of Arcitectural department, cairo university, 1995. I have worked in several roles during my career. roles vary between design 7 perparation of construction documents, , Engineering department with contractor, construction management (RE) with AECOM Ltd. and on the client side, looking after design completion , maintain design intent through design development and construction.
