-Projects:
1- CONSTRUCTION OF NEW DIRAB 380KV BSP-9060 & 380 KV OHTL. (KSA)
-Study the contract documents (Technical specifications, General & Special Conditions, Time schedule, Design drawings, BOQ...)
-Assist the project manager with the different project activities from project initiating till closing out the project.
-Prepare scope baseline and ensure that it contains all & only the scope stated in the project contract.
-Periodically review project schedule, cost & scope and ensure they meet baselines and predefined dates.
-Held meetings to discuss the contractual and technical issues with the Client & consultant.
-Prepare meeting agenda, MOM during the meeting & properly distribute MOM after meeting finished.
-Follow up engineering & material submittals approval from consultant & client.
-Following up & keep communication with internal departments, vendors, suppliers & subcontractors to ensure project success.
-Ensure preparing weekly & monthly reports to be escalated to top management (Internally) & to be sent to client (Externally).-
Prepare lesson learnt log & periodically updating it.
-Issuing requests for information (RFIs) and Letters for all missing, unclear, conflicting matters that may arise.
-Coordinate project management activities, resources and information.
-Review purchase orders (PO) and confirms its quantity & technical acceptance of it before signing the PO.
- Review terms & conditions of the contracts & POs and ensure its eligibility & conformance to the project
-Providing engineering team with input design data from suppliers & missing data from the client.
-Follow up engineering submittals dates and status of submittals periodically and expedite issuing delayed submittals for approval.
-Review all engineering drawings & supporting our engineering team with all technical information & extracting it from suppliers.
-Follow up the construction works on site by receiving daily reports from senior site engineers.

1- EL-Sadat 220KV Interconnection OHTLs. (Egypt)
2- Construction of 220KV OHL Deir Amar - Deir Nbouh. (Lebanon)
3- Emirate Uprating 400 KV OHTL. (UAE)
4- 132 KV Kathma OHTL (Kuwait)
- Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information.
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Work with the Project Director to eliminate blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Manage all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, etc.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality tests.
- Review and monitor variation Orders.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail on a variety of projects simultaneously throughout the creative and production process.
- Work with many different in-house and out sourcing teams to develop designs for relevant projects.
- Coordination between architectural design, structure drawings and MEP drawings, (study the trades design, solve conflicts, manager
solution for problem, highlight the missing items in design and integrate final product in final package).
- Perform regular meetings to review requirements and discuss design with all trades to achieve maximum efficiency on each package.
- Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

- Coordinate the issuance of project plans and documentation (Project Management Plan, Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Time Schedule...)
- Held meetings to discuss the contractual issues and technical issues with the Client & consultant.
- Prepare meeting agenda, MOM during the meeting & properly distribute MOM after meeting finished.
- Follow up engineering & material submittals approval from consultant & client.
- Issuing requests for information (RFIs) and Letters for all missing, unclear, conflicting technical matters that may arise.
- Attending factory acceptance test (FAT) & insuring that test are done according to approved inspection test plan (ITP).
- Following up & keep communication with internal departments, vendors, suppliers & subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure preparing weekly & monthly reports to be escalated to top management (Internally) & to be sent to client (Externally).
- Cost control
- Prepare invoices for materials when receiving shipping documents or delivering to site by applying stated percentage in contract.
- Prepare invoices for site construction progress payment by receiving progress percentage from construction manager.
- Review purchase orders (PO) & ensure it doesn't exceed budget & ensure that materials are approved (CIA).
- Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
- Review the contracts related to subcontractors, tailoring the terms & conditions and adjust payment conditions.
- Planning
- Follow up project schedule & milestone dates to be strictly met without any delays.
- Help planning engineer in the project forecast by providing actual status of the project and forecast dates for receiving materials
of the project and dates for completing construction works.
- Help planning department in preparing schedule baseline for the project by providing time needed to finish all project activities.
- Follow up the project time schedule of the engineering documents, submittals & execution works on the site.
- Help in preparation and updating of project schedules and monitoring compliance with project time schedules.
- Procurement
- Break down all the materials &equipment needed in the project & prepare procurement plan & review it periodically.
- Review purchase orders (PO) and confirms quantity & technical acceptance of the order before signing the PO.
- Reviewing terms & conditions (OTC) for all POs and ensure its eligibility & conformance to contract.
- Tracking the materials, equipment and tools of the project through the procurement plan.

- Engineering
- Help engineering department by providing them with input design data from suppliers & missing data from the client.
- Follow up engineering submittals dates and status of submittals periodically and expedite issuing delayed submittals for approval.
- Review all engineering drawings, submittals and documents and discussing it before sending to the consultant approval.
- Supporting our engineering team with all technical information & extracting information from our suppliers, vendors & partners.
- Tracking engineering submittals & material submittals to be issued as per planned through master document list (MDL).
- Site
- Follow up the construction works on site by receiving daily reports from senior site engineers.
- Coordinate with site engineers for all issues of approved drawings, technical documents, and administration matters.

1- H.V GIS Substation 220/66/11 KV (Tami Elamdid) Egypt.
2- H.V GIS Substation 110/13.8 KV (Bani Najjar) KSA.
- Job responsibilities for both projects:-
- Operational Single Line Diagram (SLD). - Substation General Layout. - H.V GIS Equipment Arrangement, Cable routing & Equipment Earthing Layouts. - Power Transformer Equipment Arrangement, Cable routing & Equipment Earthing Layouts. - M.V Switchgear Equipment Arrangement, Cable routing & Equipment Earthing Layouts. - Earthing Calculations according to IEEE 80, using manual calculations & Software (ETAP & CYMGRD). - Substation Equipment Earthing (Transformers earthnig, GIS earthing, MVSWGR earthing, SA, CT, VT earthing ...etc.) - Lightening (Shielding) Calculations according to IEEE 998, using Rolling sphere method & Empirical design methods. - H.V/M.V/L.V/Control Cable Routing using (Cable Trays, Ladder, Supports, Duct Banks, Tunnels, Sleeves…) - Battery & Battery Charger Sizing Calculations. - Short Circuit Calculations & Voltage Drop Calculations using ETAP. - L.V (AC/DC) C.B & Cable Sizing Calculations. - Design of AC/DC Main Distribution Boards Single Line Diagram. - Normal & Emergency (Indoor/Outdoor) Lighting Lux Calculation & Drawings. - Distribution for Service & Power Sockets & Feeding of Mechanical HVAC & Pumps Loads. - Fire alarm System Design & Telephone System Design. - 3D Modeling of the project using Revit MEP. - Preparing Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) for each Submittal in the project & Selecting materials from supplier catalogues.
3- Salwa Power Plant 13.8 KV Generation Station (KSA).
- Job responsibilities:-
- Power System Study including Load Flow Calculations & Short Circuit Calculations using ETAP. - Study Cases for the plant in case of all generation units in service or shut downed and the corresponding power system study. - Arrangement of M.V Switchgear 13.8 KV, Control & protection panels. - Design for MCCs for generation units & L.V Panel boards 0.4 KV. - )M.V/L.V/Control( Cable Routing & Raceways using ( Cable Trays, Ladder, Supports, Duct Banks, Tunnels, Sleeves…) - L.V (AC/DC) C.B & Cable Sizing Calculations.
4- King Abdul Aziz International Airport (KSA).
- Job responsibilities:-
- Power System Study for LV/MV distribution Networks using ETAP. - Load flow analysis & Short circuit calculations for LV/MV distribution Networks. - Coordination study for LV/MV Circuit Breakers in the network using ETAP. - Adjusting trip unit devices in order to make downstream C.Bs to be totally discriminated with upper stream C.Bs. - Adjusting long time, short time, instantaneous and ground protection of trip units for protection of loads and cables. - Time current curves (TCC) for totally discriminated upper stream & downstream C.Bs. - Design for starting methods of motors in MCC panels. - Motor starting analysis using ETAP.
Design of ELV Networks, Including (Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Sound System, Telephone System, TV System, Intrusion Sys.) - Design of L.V/M.V Distribution Networks, Including (Lighting Design using Dialux & AutoCAD - Power Distribution - Feeding of Mechanical Loads - Panel Schedule - Design of Panel Boards - Design of SLD - Sizing of Transformer & Generator & UPS - C.B & Cable Sizing - Voltage Drop & Short Circuit Calculations (Manual & using ETAP ) - Cable Routing - Power Factor Correction - Earthing Design - BOQ - Shop Drawing ) - Shop Drawings for all Electrical Systems & Light current systems with details. - Quantity surveying & Preparing Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) & Pricing it. - Tendering Process, Preparing Technical & Financial Offers & Cost Estimation. - Site Supervision of our projects.
-Design & Shop Drawing of Low Voltage Panel Boards up to 4000 A. - Design of MCC Panels using starting methods ( DOL - Star Delta - Soft Starters - Variable speed Drive ) - Preparation of technical & financial Offers of Panel boards. - Coordination Study for up & down stream C.Bs for all panels in the project by using ( E-CODIAL ) Software. - Follow up technicians during the manufacture process of panel boards and testing it after implementation.
