The project :construction of compound about (3.8 million) m2 till finishing and
infrastructure and landscape
2000 m2 lake. Directs all construction stage and pile construction
2150 m3 elevated tank
POSITION: (
Project: village gate
Location: new Cairo
Owne: PALMHILS
Contractor: UCC (United Construction Company)HASSANALAMSONS with
PALMHILLS.
Consultant: EHAF
The project: construction of 44 building each building consist of 5 stories each floor 2 flats.
Construction of network; landscape; fire network; mall.
My responsibilities: I was consultant in the project for inspecting all concrete works and
submitting of materials and approving of shop drawing and reviewing of quantities serving
and attending all pouring concrete hours.
1-Review of shop drawings related to disciplining and ensure sits compliance with designs,
contract requirement and properly coordinated with other discipline.
2-Review of materials related to disciplining and ensure sits compliance contract
requirement.
3- Ensure quality of work is compliance with contract requirements
Practice and only approved materials are used.
4-Reviewall Contractor submittals related to disciplining addressing Method Statements
Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
5-Closely monitoring site inspectors/ engineers performance.
6-Make sure that site activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established
7-Makesure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the
approved Inspection and Test Plan.
8-Attend weekly meetings as directed by

1-construction a tower of 14 stories from foundation raft till 6th story(all site work sand
quantities calculations and other survey works;shop drawing making; concrete cubes making
;following up workers and their Productivity ……..)
Raft foundation was under 1500 piles diaphragm wall was carried out by bauer and
dewatering system to (ain alsera)
Working in finishing works of marble of high Luxor materials and making the shop drawing.
2- Luxury palace in 6th of October
All finishing works (marble-ceramic-paints………)
3-Villa in maadi for (owner of omar afande)
Repairing old parts and construction of new parts and other finishing works in excellent time.
4-alqawmya for cement
Establishing of 2 kilometer of fence around the company
