• Preparation of the required reports related to theHuman Resources and Personnel department using of the personnel files' information and matching the actual data with the registrar information in the ERP system "Oracle HRMS" (such as reports of labor turnover ratio, Saudization, vacations, etc...).
• Entry of staff leaves information into the ERP system and reviewing vacations balances and follow-up with the Government Relations Department regarding visas.
• Execution of the procedures for the appointment of new staff, including:
Opening files for new staff.
Preparing employment contracts and follow-up them and keep them in personnel files.
Data entry of new employees' data into the ERP system
• Entry of all staff's transactions into ERP system, such as salary increments, allowances, payroll deductions, termination of services, and …etc.
• Execution and follow-up all procedures of medical insurance for employees and their families (add, drop, class upgrading, and…etc.).
• Coordination about the procedures for the issuance of airline tickets for employees and their families (leaves / business trips).
• Preparation of official letters for employees and keep copies in their files and make sure their execution (including salary increments, deductions, paying allowances, and…etc.).
• Preparation of letters of identification for employees to third parties, as well as letters of the company's commitment to transfer the employee salary to the bank and experience certificates and clearances, ... etc.
• Updating of the personnel records continuously
• Execution of the procedures for the appointment of new staff, including:

• Typing letters of identification for employees to third parties, as well as letters of the company's commitment to transfer the employee salary to the bank and experience certificates and clearances, ...etc.
• Updating of the personnel records continuously.
• Responding to the bank customers' calls regarding the problems and queries of Visa credit cards and find solutions in coordination with the administration.
• Entry of bank customers' applications to get credit cards and submit them to the relevant administration.
• Responding to the bank customers' calls regarding theirqueries.
• Entry of customers' payments of their loans.
• Updating of the bank customers' data.
• Distributing of learning sources on the university students.
• Inventory of learning sources stock quarterly/yearly.
• Entry of population and houses information into the computer.
