- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Develop and implement (SOP) standard operating procedure for machine and equipments in order to standardize the production process.
-Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
- Set-up and implement check-sheet format for every production orders record all the parameter essential for production process and product depending upon Standard operating procedure(SOP) to keep it as best practice module for every production process.
- Making sure the quality management system requirements is strictly implemented.
- Improved efficiency and productivity by eliminating waste and production constraints.
- Conducting a daily meeting in case of emergency to set-up corrective action and required decision for non-conforming products. (NCR).
-Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.-
- Set-up KPI (Key Performance indicators) to help us define and measure progress towards company objectives.

-Commissioning and start-up a Catenary type Continuous Vulcanizer line to produce XLPE-Medium/High Voltage Power Cable with the highest production quality and technology.
-Follow-up Productivity target for each machine is being daily achieved reviewing staffing performance, hiring
Training & motivating.
-Preparing factory budget in terms of present and new staffing, overtime, consumables items, tools, equipment, and any other related issues.
- Conducting on-job training and cross-training program for new employee in order to raise their skills and capability in performing job.
- Ensuring the health and safety procedure & guidelines are strictly followed.
- Checking out the quality of the product by closely co-coordinating with QC department, to assure Quality of products and processes is being produced to the presetting standards.
- Controlling the productivity by comparing the actual output with planed and analyzing to fix and correct any deviation.
-Checking of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the productivity efficiently and effectively.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Coordinated preventive maintenance on existing and new production equipment including routine calibration.
- Implemented root cause and corrective action to remove production constraints and improve product quality.

Managing the sale of machines tools and industrial consumable supply, visiting customer, preparing quotation according to customer inquiry, following up placing the order, resolve customer complaints and working on its feedback, reporting to the executive manager the progression of sale plan and quotation at monthly basis, commissioning the machines with customer after placing the order.

Commissioning and start-up the XLPE-MV-Power Cable Line(CCV, Nokia Maillefer), Training a production stuff, operating and producing quality cable, drafting daily production program and scheduling the production and stuff according to the sales monthly plan, coordinating with Q.C Dept to assure cable quality and issuing daily production report taking in account the line productivity is matching the production target
