**** In Egypt - (November 2004 - October 2008 ) - Schlumberger Logelco.Inc
Member of maintenance stuff for wireline operations (Western desert and Mediterranean Sea Operations) mainly assisting district mechanical engineer and responsible for keeping the logging equipment . I work in a Projects for BP and Shell .
****In Egypt - ( October 2008 - April 2010 )I was transferred to a desert location In Northern Egypt (Matrouh) which is covering land Rigs in the Egyptian Western Desert, my mission as chief mechanical engineer of the location is to keep the 6 trucks & backup generators running without downtime (Setting up preventive maintenance, spare parts store plan as well as train field personnel in the basic maintenance of the logging units in order to get easy troubleshooting through phone calls) - (these trucks were made in 1997) - I am supervising one senior mechanic technician (17 years experience) and one newly hired mechanic helper .

I was transferred back to the central location in Cairo in Kattamia to work as Mechanic Supervisor , responsible for offshore operations and land operations . My main missions as below :
• Control spare parts in the store to avoid any down time for parts, in parallel to be within the monthly budget which is variable according to monthly revenue .
• Manage a team of 8 mechanics with there learning programs, promotion and work development and their safety .
• Trouble shoot any problems and provide quick solution to avoid any loss time 24/7 .
• Technical support for my location and other remote locations .
• Reporting maintenance events .
• Test for new mechanics to meet the next activity plan .
• Executing preventive maintenance programs according to company standards .
• Create a lot of best practices, lesson learned, solutions and modifications, all approved by Schlumberger product center .
Hired as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer, my main occupation was maintaining and servicing Diesel Engines in various applications (industrial, agricultural, construction, earth moving, generators with various capacities) while using electronic service tools for troubleshooting.
I was promoted to Shop Supervisor after one year experience and was responsible for training fresh graduated engineers.
