Leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy the business needs, define and documents internal and external user interfaces and supports system and data requirement clarification and definition. Working with the customers and closely with the development team for Oracle Middleware (Oracle Middleware projects); Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Projects:
1. Internal Portal for The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS)” and Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum (MOP)
Build a new internal portal for EGAS and MOP using Oracle WebCenter Portal, the portal contains more than 25 services and BPM processes. Working with the customer to get full detailed business requirement, integration points and detailed workflow processes. Deliver business full detailed requirements document and get approval on it.
2. Corporate Client Portal for Allianz
Building a public portal for the Allianz Egypt customers, “Corporate Clients Portal”, a professional Web application that will act as a business solution for group retirement & life to maintain Allianz continuing business.
I act as business analyst for this project, working with the customer to get full detailed business requirements, deliver BRD and SRS documents, working with the technical team to build the system. This solution based on Oracle ADF, Oracle DB and PrimFaces.
3. Deliver Oracle WebCenter Content Administration Course for Oracle Partners
Setup the material for Oracle WebCenter Content Administration Course for partners in KSA, deliver 3 days hands-on training with labs to learn how to administrate the Oracle WebCenter Content 11g.
4. Correspondence Management System. ECM, BPM
Define and document the technical and nontechnical features to build a Correspondence Management System product based on Oracle MW: Oracle BPM and Oracle WebCenter Content (Oracle UCM). Identify the detailed requirements of the Correspondence Management System and working closely with the development and testing team.
5. ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA), Riyadh, KSA. - Building Business Process Management (BPM) Solution. ECM, BPM
Working with the customer to develop the detailed requirements document to for Business Process Management solution for ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA). This project is to automate the internal process within ADA and integrate the proposed BPM solution with HR and Financial Systems using Oracle BPM, Oracle WebCenter Content (Oracle UCM) and Oracle IDM.
Working with customers, determining their business needs for an ECM, EDMS, BPM for EMC Documentum projects and help translate those needs into a system and processes that fulfill those needs. Lead the technical implementation team to deliver the projects, managing the projects from technical perspective from the initiation, requirements analysis and design, technical implementation, testing, UAT and project closure.
Identify the business process needs of customer departments to gain an understanding of the department's operations, systems, and business functions; gain input from several department stakeholders on information needed for changes or enhancements; and work with technical staff to create a design concept to address those issues, also conducting the UAT and Training sessions for end users.
Lead the engagement with the customers, initiate different meeting with customers. Prepare the technical proposals, presentations, response to the compliance matrix, prepare the scope of POCs and pilot projects and lead team to deliver POCs and pilot projects. Install Documentum and integrate with customer products to deliver the required POCs. Deliver the right architecture for the solution.
Presales opportunities:
I was involved in these projects during the customer engagement phase, doing the required presales activities for EMC Documentum and Captiva products.

Prepare the solutions technical architecture, receive the approval from the customers, writing the solutions design and divide the project into tasks which may assigned for the our team members, and finally to implement the solution in the customer sites.
I have delivered the first Oracle UCM workshop in the middle-east, I instructed the audience with two courses "Using Oracle Content Server" and "Oracle Content Server Administration"

Saudi Arabia British Bank
The Saudi British Bank is a Saudi affiliate of HSBC Bank. The system serves the credit department of the bank by automating the process flow of the preparation and approval of the credit proposals, and the scanning and monitoring of security documents received from the customers. It is based on multiple technologies including Lotus Domino, IBM Content Manager and Image handling technologies. Besides the automation of the process flow, it also serves as a visual library of all the archived documents received from the customers and monitors the expiry dates and renewals of these documents. I was the team leader of this project, responsible of system design. Develop application using Lotus technology, responsible for the archiving modules using IBM Content Manager V8.1, Document Imaging modules using LEAD TOOLS and OCR modules using KOFAX Ascent Capture V5.5. Upgrade the IBM Content Manager V8.1 to V8.2 and implement the IBM Content Manager Replication process. Configure CM V5.1 on AS/400 and develop J2EE to perform some functions against the server
