Qatari Romanian for Engineering Services is a grade A contractor
specialized in construction of high rise buildings, prestigious projects
such as palaces and government buildings. Myself, played a crucial
role in an agreement signed between Ericsson AB and the company for
execution their Fiber Optic Backbone network in Qatar for the ministry
of defense and other GCC Countries. Involved in the construction of
APM tunnel, a huge concrete structure in Dukhan road with QD-SBG
and telecommunication projects of more than 180 KM.
* Reviewed and coordinated conceptual estimates and cost
appraisals for budgetary and feasibility analysis.
* Developed buy-out strategies of material vendors and sub-
contractors, prepare bid documents relative to the scope and
schedule and any other special requirements of coordination
and special contract conditions
* Ensure all work is completed by organizational construction
standards, processes, and procedures
* Developed and implemented analyses processes and
independently evaluated contract performance against plans
for corrective action
* Participate & ensure project closeout activities are
completed for the Customer

Manage the construction-related portion(s) of the Project
within time and budgetary constraints, and in compliance with
Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Plans, and
regulatory requirements applicable to the Project
* Represent the Contactor’s team at coordination meetings with
the Client and liaise with various Project entities, third parties
and stakeholder
* Provide constructability reviews of plans and specifications to
evaluate scheduled activities and staffing requirements for
each phase of construction, and coordinate the availability of
requisite equipment
* Liaise with the Environmental Compliance Manager, report
any relevant issues, assist in developing and implementation of
required corrective actions

Project: Chiyoda - Ibn Rushed Aromatics Plant (Civil) Yanbu,
Industrial Area
* Six buildings including Substation, Steam Emergency
Building composed of concrete Framing, Steel Structure.
* Twenty-Six Reinforced Concrete Framing Structures.
* All types of foundation and pavement. Such as pipe sleepers,
pipe supports, structures, and equipment foundations.
* All types of underground utilities and surface drain.

Project: Gulf Ferro Alloys Plant (Sabayek), Jubail Industrial City
* The Sabayek project had approximately 1990 total workforces
during the peak period
* Contributed to the successful project completion within three
million man-hours accident-free with a high standard of
quality up to the pre-commissioning stage
* Civil - earthworks and roadworks, including surface drain,
underground services and utilities
* Pre-engineered buildings. Design, Supply & Installation of 3
pre-engineered building
* Steel Structure - consists of supply, fabricate and erect about
8000 tons of steel (light, medium and heavy)
* Piping - All types of pipes above and underground HPDE,
CSG, CS, DI and Stainless steel)
* Mechanical: Fabrication and installation of 4 furnaces
approximately 70 tons each. HVAC, ducting equipment
installation, fabrication & installation of refrigerant piping
* Fabrication and Erection of 38 conveyors and all mechanical
works involved, belt laying and splicing and shuttle conveyors.
* Electrical - Full design and construction of combined
structure substations.

* (DOCA I) is under road & I/C Projects with M. Bin Laden
Company, Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Roads & I/C
Projects covered a variety of Civil Engineering disciplines and
system such as electrical, civil works, storm water drainage
(Culverts and Pipes Networks) water storage tanks, bridge &
I/C construction, road construction (pavement and sidewalk)
in addition to other related construction modules.
* Was the Site Manager for the demolishing of existing
buildings (about 360 building) north and west of the
development of Central Area (Doka 1 & 2).
* Involved in the Construction of Tabuk interchange (Jamea’t
Road) - Construction of full road including all types of
utilities and road furnishing
