Sharq Second Expansion Project (SSEP), Jubail
Project Descriptions:
Construction of a new Ethylene Glycol Plant with a
Production capacity of 450, 000 TPY. The Work will include new buildings, plant foundations, heavy and general equipment erection, 3 No. tank farms including foundations, laboratory building with equipment, 230KV power line from SCECO source, 3 Nos. flares, sea water pack up system, incinerator relocation, chlorinating system, waste water lifting station, raw material piping, supply and installation of steel structures, all the piping works, instrumentation, insulation, fire proofing, temporary works fencing, etc.
Bypass works for Industrial Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Lines at Pump Station No. II. Ductile iron lines connected to RTR bypass elements and construction of new valve pits and flow meter pit. Tie in works for FRP sea water laterals into Royal Commission Sea Water Cooling Canals inspection, testing and handing over.
Responsibilities: Responsible for all civil works at expansion Plant 3EG & tank farm 3TK (pipe racks, equipment foundations, sumps construction, large concrete ponds, lift stations, large valve pits, inspection pits & tank foundations, etc.) Co-ordinate with client on all aspects of the project. To track & monitor the construction program & ensure that it is maintained. To anticipate & resolve any problem areas. Also responsible for all underground works, duct banks, cable trenches, etc. FRP lines sewers, catch basins, manholes, paving, pipe racks and fire proofing works, program, apply, handle and review Client’s Q.C. inspections for civil work, co-ordinate with planning people on weekly progress reports and output charts. Responsible for preparing productivity and daily reports. Monitoring works during shutdowns. Handing over works to Royal Commission and Sharq Engineers. Project value 120 Million Dollars.
Shaybah Producing Facilities (SPF)
Project Descriptions: Construction of necessary grassroots facilities to produce 600MBOD of crude oil at sand dunes and sabkhah-nominated Shaybah field (612 km south east of Abqaiq). The project covered the construction of the central producing facilities GOSPs 1, 2 & 3 and all associated gas/oil transfer lines, water lines to the residential/industrial complexes.
Responsibilities: Responsible for precast units workshop, grouting works for all racks and equipment foundations, closing punch list items, program, apply, handle and review client’s Q.C. inspections for civil works. Co-ordinate with planning people on progress and output charts, preparation of productivity and daily reports, control and co-ordinate concrete pours, etc. Project value 250 Million Dollars.
Managing operations, construction at site follow up and planning and programming. Tendering and estimation, issue payment certificate, finalize sub-contract works; variation orders negotiations, municipal relations and site handing over. Completion of 14 successful projects.
Haradh Gas Plant, Utilities & Offsite Facilities
Project Descriptions: Civil, Mechanical works for utilities and offsites facilities which included main switch yard and two main substations for overhead power lines, main control building, two substations, an interface building Laboratory Building. R/O Building and 12 Nos. Different buildings in core area and sulfur loading / fire training area. Civil works related to mechanical include:-

Responsibilities: Execution of all construction activities, review & checking of material submittals, distribution of manpower, preparation of construction schedule & progress reports, in charge of the precast production line, Ensure that employees are aware of the client’s specification and standards required for the Project. Total project value 95 Million Dollars.
