-Manage a sales team of 5 sales reps working in the cosmetic PRP, surgical accessories, wound care, surgical sutures, electrosurgical accessories, Medical consumables . - responsible for meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. - motivating team members. - Maintaining and improving relationship with clients.
- Lead, manage, and implement, annual business plan covering the entire Middle East
comprising of the following countries (Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Libya.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Ginevri and competitor products and their
advantages and disadvantages.
- Maintaining certain market reports to ensure that market knowledge statistics is up to
date.
- Organize and implement special events and conducting seminars at different countries for
different organizations.
- Planning & handling the estimations of targets for each year.
- Ensure the service post sales to all major accounts have been served well by our
distributors.
- Establish performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, new client sales and
other related sales results achieved.
- Obtained a reasonable market share by first year and built on to reach more than double
by third year and increase the awareness of ginevri products in the region.
-Responsible for Sales and marketing of Different type of medical equipment.(ICU, NICU, OR, ABG, Medical Furniture)
-Frequent visit to customers for generation of new opportunities and receive feedback.
-Preparation of commercial offers in accordance with company Policies.
-Obtain inquiries, Study inquiry documents.
-Obtain offers from suppliers and evaluation of the supplied offers.
-Prepare tender calculations, Technical, commercial offers.
-Discussions / negotiations with the clients.
-Service & delivery of medical equipment & following the preventive maintenance schedule
-Demonstration, presentation and training for end user of medical equipment.
-Contact suppliers to get best offers .
-After Sales & service support.
-Follow up the payment, shipment,
-Maintain supplier and manufacturer relationships
-Maintain long-term customer relationships, providing advice on maintenance and inventory plans as well as the use of parts as required.
-Provide and maintain accurate data and records to understand customer and market trends
-Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning
• Made an inventory list of all of the medical equipments found in the hospital.
• Installing and receiving new medical equipments from agents
• When a tender is announced, I receive offers from agents and make comparison sheets between the offers given, then aid the head of biomedical department in choosing the appropriate offer
• Helping in managing the biomedical department filing system
