- Making all correspondences for direct manager.
- Following up the tasks with others employees and ensure to finish from it on the mean time.
- Making the reservations required for Direct Manager.
- Searching for new suppliers and negotiate with them.
- Making required reports.
- Arranging for meetings and making the agenda for it.
- Answering phone calls
- Responsible about filling systems using the most modern ways for that.
- Handling manager's calendar and arrange meeting depending on Manager's time availability.
- Responsible for the General Manager expenses and making period reports for it.
- Making account vouchers.
- Follow up sales division and report periodically to the General Manager
