Answer telephones and take messages; distribute incoming mail; operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers; create documents, spreadsheets and presentations; and answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers.
Attending client calls and interacting to their diverse requirements and fulfil it to the optimum level.
Manage the office expenses such as:
a) Payables - monitor all the monthly payables of the company (ex. Telephone bills, Salik, Dewa, Payroll, Car Registration etc.)
b) Petty Cash - monitor all the cash flow, bills, and receipt
c) Bank transaction such as collection of cheque book, cash & cheque deposit, etc.
Prepare and update monthly expenses report.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports and monthly reporting to Director which includes details relating to new admissions and collections made from students during the month and providing staff monthly progress report.
Usage of interpersonal skills and making sound judgments to decide how duties and responsibilities are completed between staff members and students.
Attend all service meetings, in order to ensure good working practice and sharing of information.
Conduct interviews for staff selection and make appraisal of them during the month ends.

Organizing and maintaining general office files including client, accounting and contract files.
